We had a wonderful holiday at this hotel! It’s family-friendly with great facilities, including a fantastic kids' pool and main pool that kept our little ones happy. However, communication with the reception staff could be improved, and getting help with luggage would have been appreciated. Overall, it’s a great location, but be prepared for early sunbed reserving if you want prime spots by the pool.

We had a wonderful holiday at this hotel with our young daughter and friends. The facilities, especially the kids' pool and the main pool, were fantastic for families. However, the communication from the reception staff was lacking upon our arrival, which caused some confusion. The location is great, within easy walking distance to the center and close to the beach. Overall, it’s a great place for families but could improve on guest service.

I had a great time during my stay at the resort, especially with my kids enjoying the beautiful pool areas and fun slides. The dining experiences were generally good with plenty of options, but the beach could be better if it was sandy. The cleanliness of the hotel impressed me, and overall, it felt safe and accommodating, although securing sunbeds early was a bit frustrating.
