We had a wonderful holiday at this hotel! It's family-friendly with great facilities, including a fantastic kids' pool and main pool that kept our little ones happy. However, communication with the reception staff could be improved, and getting help with luggage would have been appreciated. Overall, it's a great location, but be prepared for early sunbed reserving if you want prime spots by the pool.
